7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Creator and Pro). If you are not satisfied with CatchUp.help for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment or upgrade.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the payment date
  • Refunds apply to your most recent paid subscription payment only
  • Each account is eligible for one refund per 12-month period
  • Free tier usage does not qualify for refunds (it's free!)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email hello@catchup.help with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
  3. We process refunds within 5 business days

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid features until the period ends.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund, follow the process above within 7 days of payment.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Usage beyond 50% of your monthly hours in the current billing period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Renewal payments after the initial 7-day window
