1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CatchUp.help ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

CatchUp.help provides AI-powered livestream recap and chapter generation for YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and Rumble. The Service monitors your public livestream audio, generates real-time recaps via chat commands, and produces post-stream chapter summaries.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Use the Service for illegal content or activities
  • •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's source code
  • •Use the Service to monitor streams you do not own or have permission to monitor
  • •Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in ways that degrade service for other users
  • •Resell or redistribute the Service without explicit written permission

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrades may result in loss of features or capacity.

All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We use Stripe for payment processing. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. We will notify you before any suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

CatchUp.help and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CatchUp.help and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your stream content. We claim no ownership over your audio, video, or stream content. Recaps and chapters generated by the Service are considered derivative works of your content and you retain ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CatchUp.help disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall CatchUp.help be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
